What happens to what you tell us.

The project, callback and support forms send your name, email, message and any optional phone, organisation and chosen services to a script on this website’s hosting. It passes them to the hosting provider’s mail system for delivery to our mailbox. We use them only to answer your enquiry and provide any service you request. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying.

Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address) to serve pages and handle email, under its own terms. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service, and legal obligations. The site owner must confirm the actual retention practice; no fixed period is stated here.

To limit spam, the form script stores a pseudonymous hashed identifier derived from your IP address and a counter in a temporary server file for fifteen minutes. Expired files are cleaned up when later requests arrive. The content of your message is not stored by this check.

We set no cookies and install no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. With your browser’s localStorage we remember your cookie-banner choice and checklist ticks; sessionStorage keeps an unsent form draft. The question deck runs entirely in your browser.
